RESEP – RANDANG

Bahan:
1/2 kg daging sapi
1/2 kaleng santan
daun kunyit (kalau ada) dan daun jeruk
Cara membuatnya :
1. Campur daging, 2 cangkir air, santan, daun kunyit, daun jeruk, sepotong lemon grass, 1 sdm onion powder, 1 sdm garlic powder, 1 sdm ginger powder, 1 sdm paprika, 1 sdm chili powder atau 1 sdm cayenne pepper ( atau tergantung selera pedasnya), galangal powder, 1/2 sdm turmeric powder dan garam.
2. Rebus dengan api kecil sampai kuah mengental
